The 2023 Shaky Bridge Pinot Noir bursts from the glass with the classic Alexandra perfume of spicy fruits, a bold reminder that this estate boasts some of the oldest vines in Central Otago—averaging 30 years, with some reaching 40 years old. Classy, opulent, and sophisticated, this Pinot Noir is silky yet richly flavoured, possibly even a touch fuller than the previous Champion vintage. A serious Otago experience at an almost too-good-to-be-true price, it delivers exceptional value for lovers of premium Pinot. Best enjoyed now through 2027—if you can wait that long!

Tastes
A voluptuous and full-flavoured Pinot with a very attractive silky texture, the tannins are refined and supple. This wine carries notes of opulent dark fruits that keep you reaching for your glass all night. Premium Otago Pinot drinkers can seriously bridge the quality gap between midweek and weekend drinking by indulging in Shaky Bridge... and do so through 2027! Made for cheese platters and pasta dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
