Smoky, bacon, with a lovely array of red and dark berry fruit aromas interwoven with fennel, milk chocolate and hints of blueberries.

Great fruit weight and concentration with an exciting array of ripeness levels being expressed from raspberries to blackberries and mulberries. Nice oak handling and with sensual well-balanced tannins. Perfumed and charming are words that spring to mind with fine-grain tannins to add to the mix. Great drinking now, but the tannins will allow bottle age. Drinking well through 2029 with all gamey meats. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
