An elegant blend of Grenache and Cinsault, it is cool fermented with minimal racking to preserve freshness, then aged on fine lees for 3-4 months to imbue the wine with its succulent body and texture. Enticing floral aromas with hints of pear, strawberry, red cherry and plum.

Tastes
