Smells
A truly enchanting aroma of ripe blackberry, pepper and spice showing great oak integration with promise of what is to follow on the palate.
Tastes
This is a rich, medium-full bodied, South Australian Shiraz that will please any Shiraz lover. Ripe and brooding dark berry characters are intertwined masterfully with premium oak notes, whilst the fine tannins create great length. This is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own, or with hearty fair through to 2028+. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
