Smells
Powerful and brooding with blackberry, boysenberry, plum, mint chocolate, and plenty of sweet spicy oak.
Tastes
Instantly impresses on the palate, rich, creamy, and smooth with an enduring length for a wine of this money. Soft tannins are paired masterfully with ripe black fruit, vanilla, and cedar. Great upon release with BBQed meats, or a cheeky BYO, but could easily drink nicely five years from vintage. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
