Smells
The bouquet is layered and inviting, beginning with lifted aromas of ripe peach, golden apple, lemon blossom, vanilla bean and toasted hazelnut.
Tastes
On the palate, this Chardonnay is luxurious yet balanced, offering richness without heaviness. Stone fruit and baked apple form a juicy core, while the mid-palate reveals a silky texture, gently lifted by refreshing acidity. Vanilla custard, brioche, and a touch of buttered popcorn highlight the oak usage. Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a trace of lemon curd provide complexity.
