Tastes
Very rich and unctuous with a lovely balance and grip through the palate, the nutty finish, the product of lees ageing in old barrels. A serious Pinot Gris at a very reasonable price, this will be amazing with Thai and Vietnamese style food. Simply stunning drinking now through 2028+. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10 degrees.
