Summerhouse really caught everyone’s attention with a Trophy for their 2017 Pinot Gris, and this new release will undoubtedly pick up its fair share of accolades. Nearly dry in style, there is a lovely texture, spice, and richness.
Smells
Delicate fragrances of pear, exotic florals, and white peach.
Tastes
Nearly completely dry, the palate has a lovely fatness and juiciness to it, some oak fermentation and batonnage fleshing out the creamy mid-palate. A very food-friendly style, it will be stunning with pork belly between now and 2025.
