In picturesque Queenstown, right above the Shotover river and next to Shotover Jet sits Canyon Brewery, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cold brew or mulled cider with an amazing backdrop. Two years old, they sell the majority of their beers at their micro-brewery, and with high demands on site the beer has not been available widely in NZ
That's about to change, as we recently visited the brewery and was incredibly impressed! This hazy IPA includes Citra Cryo, Moutere an Sabro hops which bring citrus, pine, passionfruit and hints of coconut on a pillowy, soft base.
