Description
Eddyline Brewery is a 100% family-owned New Zealand brewery, opened in 2016 by Mic and Molley Heynekamp after decades of success brewing in Colorado. The brewery is located in Hop-Mecca, Nelson – home to some of the world’s best Hops. Not only are the churning out great, award-winning beers, they’re also doing their bit for the environment; typically breweries use 10 litres of water for every litre of beer produced! Eddyline have worked to reduce their water usage from 1:10 to 1:4! For a 100,000 litres beer that represents a water savings from 1,000,000 litres of water to 400,000 litres!
That Eddy's Drop WCIPA, is the proud winner of the 2022 West Coast IPA Challenge. With seven West Coast hop varieties, this IPA is inspired by our favourite seven piece kiwi band (Fat Freddie’s Drop). It is packed with enough complexity and flavour to fill a stadium with chill reggae dub vibes and still punch enough bitterness to pump out a post punk set into the darkest dungeon. Expect notes of passionfruit and mandarin skanking away on the malt dance floor, then wash away into the dankness for a crisp bitter finish.
