Just in time for the cooler months Sawmill have released for their latest Aotearoa series, a focused yet lavish Red India Pale Ale. Pouring a deep mahogany hue, this beer balances a rich malt base with a combination of NZ-grown hops picked for their stonefruit, pine, and citrus character. Rich and malty, but also dry and hoppy. A great malty and hoppy Red IPA for winter.
