Description
The Overworks series is a limited experimental run from BrewDog - with Focus on producing highly sought after and unique beverages. This is a Wild Sour Ale fermented with Sangiovese grapes and wild yeast, aged in red wine barrels and Amphora. This is the epitome of what Brewdog Overworks series is - their sour ale is slightly funky but provides complex sour notes whilst the Sangiovese grapes provide juic, jammy fruits and finishing tannins. A perfect balance between sourness, fruit and funk!
