The result is a Cognac of shimmering pale gold, fragrant with stone fruits, citrus zest, and floral perfume, flowing into a palate of silken texture, subtle spice, and graceful dryness. Their Pale & Dry XO Centenaire is a luminous celebration of heritage and finesse, crafted exclusively from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the most revered terroir in Cognac. This centenary bottling honours 100 years since the creation of the original Pale & Dry XO in 1920, reimagined with a more vibrant, finely tuned blend and a lifted 42% ABV to heighten fruit expression and aromatic clarity.

Layers of ripe apricot, nectarine, and exotic notes like mango and lychee gently emerge, underscored by floral peonies and wildflower perfume.

Initial flavors of peach and apricot cascade into delicate, dry tones, orange bitters, yellow wine gums, subtle Thai basil, hazelnut, chestnut, and Mirabelle plum, all enriched by drifting vanilla spice. Exceptionally long, elegant, and clean. Stone fruit and honey linger gracefully, joined by almond undertones that leave a refined sweetness and dryness in harmony. A very well-balanced Cognac.
