Crafted in the USA, Bulleit Rye is made with a bold mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged in new charred American oak barrels. At 45% ABV, this whiskey delivers spicy intensity balanced by refined oak and sweetness.
Smells
An arresting bouquet of black pepper, cinnamon, and clove, mingling with notes of fresh mint and cedar. Soft vanilla and honey add warmth, while charred oak and citrus peel provide dimension and intrigue.
Tastes
The palate opens with powerful rye spice, pepper, anise, and nutmeg, which is tempered by vanilla, toasted oak, and soft caramel. There’s a creamy texture underpinning the richness, while citrus zest and herbal tones cut through for balance
Finish:
