Certified by organic and distilled using hydro-power, this is guilt-free whisky! Un-chill filtered, this tasty young whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon casks from Kentucky and then finished in new American oak.
Smells
classic citrus aromas complimented by roasted barley giving a honeyed sweetness supported by smoky nuances
Taste: there is a sense of balance, the oak does not dominate, rather lifted toffee/ caramel flavours hit you first evolving into creamy, toasty and vanilla notes, giving a long nutty finish.
