Description
This 2017 Vintage Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir - with only a matter of a few hours skin contact helping to impart the pink blush colour. The wine spent 26 months on yeast lees (the minimum for champagne is 15 months) followed by a year in bottle before being released. Champagne-style wines like this are celebration wines - but the celebration is only confirmed by the quality delivered in the glass. Don't wait for the perfect moment because that moment is tonight!

Soft wild strawberry and cream notes, baked bread, brioche, and a whiff of nougat
Tastes
