Description
The grapes for this Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut are grown on the picturesque hills of Treviso. Hand-harvested with care, the grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice, which is then chilled and filtered for purity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks between 18°C and 22°C, preserving the fresh, vibrant character of the wine. The winemaking process uses the Charmat method to create its signature quality sparkling wine, inherent to this wine style.
Smells
the bouquet is delicate and fruity with aromas of white flower, elderflowers, honeysuckle, wet stones and cream of soda.
Tastes
the palate has lively ripe apple and peach flavours, a creamy mousse adding mid-palate weight and charm, a refreshing finish and well-balanced acidity. This is the quintessential Prosecco that is fresh, clean, fruity and oh so charming. Perfect drinking this summer and next. Serve with cheese, canapes or fresh summer salads. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
