Smells
a lovely combination of mint, cedar, mocha, coffee grinds, red plums, vanilla and cinnamon
Tastes
a plush and velvety palate with silky, smooth, mouthcoating tannins that give structure to the fruit which is perfectly ripened, red and dark fruit combined with chocolate and toasty oak. Decant if drinking today, will benefit from 4-8 years in the cellar, ideal with red meat.
