Smells
a heady perfume of ripe blackcurrants layered with No.8 chocolate mint biscuits; the smell alone makes you feel at home. With added complex notes of bramble and spice.
Tastes
The palate again has juicy fruit yet shows a more taught, structure typical of Cabernet, gravelly tannins with salivating, moreish acidity. The whole package in a glass, and a wine that you and all your friends will love. Serve with stews, curries or roasted red meats.
