Textbook Margaret River Cabernet with cassis, cigar box and leather.
Tastes
Supple tannins frame the palate while a fresh symphony of blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate come charging through. Delicious right now but will gain more complexity over the next 5 years. Enjoy with beef short ribs from a good Bordeaux glass. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
