They brim with generous, ripe fruit while staying true to their Italian roots, thanks to the region’s signature structured tannins. Smells
lifted, floral and perfumed bouquet, concentrated raspberry coulis, morello cherries, blackberries, cinnamon, spice with hints of aniseed and an earthy undertone.
Tastes
good weight in the mouth with chalky tannins, a saline, salty acidity with concentrated berry flavours and a forward sweetness, making for easy drinking. A good everyday drinking wine, fine-grain tannins with a long, linear finish, in an almost juicy Chianti style. Perfect with pizza, pasta or your favourite BBQ ‘ed meats, drinking well now through 2027. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
