Smells
Lifted, floral and perfumed bouquet, concentrated raspberry coulis, morello cherries, blackberries, cinnamon, spice with hints of aniseed and an earthy undertone.
Tastes
Good weight of fruit wrapped in fine tannins and energised by refreshing saline tinged acidity. Concentrated with salivating, sweet dark berry and cherry flavours, the mid palate is creamy and the finish refreshing. A delicious everyday drinking wine, fine-grain tannins with a long, linear and juicy finish. Perfect with pizza, pasta or your favourite BBQ ‘ed meats, drinking well now through 2027. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
