Smells
Aromas of crunchy black cherry and raspberry are front‑and‑centre, layered with mocha and cocoa. Additional complexity arrives in cedar, thyme, and a smoky bacon nuance—evidence of both oak ageing and organic nuance
Tastes
Dry, firm and deliciously juicy. The palate features sour cherry and red berry brightness, with subtle black pepper spice, cedar, and herbal undertones. Its silky texture and fresh acidity are balanced by polished grainy tannins and refined oak—resulting in a full‑bodied yet graceful wine .
