Smells
Bursting with bright cherry, dried thyme, and raspberry on the nose, with subtle woodsmoke and berry compote.
Tastes
Juicy, rounded and very welcoming, with a classy structure under-pinning everything to keep the Pinot purists happy, it's a truly moreish glass of wine that will be at its best in its bright youth between now and 2028. An everyday/every occasion sort of wine really, enjoy by itself or with canapes and friends. For optimal drinking pleasure the recommended serving temperature is 13-14 degrees.
