Tastes
the palate is fine, delicate, and subtle but still vibrant and lively! The tannins are supple yet form the perfect framework around the juicy/generous fruit. A very engaging Pinot Noir with true pinosity, bright fruit with layers of complexity and for sub $21 this is a bargain. Serve with pasta and a mushroom selection. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
