Description

Pegasus Bay’s Main Divide second-label Pinot Noir is a must-have for any discerning Kiwi wine buyer. Known for consistently over-delivering across their range—from Pinot Gris and Chardonnay to their reds—this 2023 Pinot Noir is no exception. It beautifully showcases the region’s signature style, combining depth, elegance, and approachability. Perfectly suited to smoky BBQ spareribs or to savour over the next five years, it’s a standout example of exceptional value and regional character.

Smells

Rounded floral and spice aromas over top of smouldering black & red fruits, with a herbal undercurrent giving complexity and intrigue.

Tastes

A fulsome, quite luxurious mid-palate laden with ripe fruits, spices, and savoury oak… it has a luscious, long finish with savoury and spice tastes emerging in a svelte body. Drinking beautifully at now but no rush...The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.

We taste, rate & guarantee every wine we sell.
