Smells
Very Chambolle on the nose, with lots of ripe red fruit, florals, subtle savoury meatiness, and beautiful spices.
Tastes
Beautifully generous and smooth on the palate, filled with sweet fruit including raspberry, plum and red cherries, as well as exotic spices like nutmeg and star anise. Silky smooth, with fine grained tannins providing great structure and length. Very enjoyable, this is the ultimate crowd pleaser between now, 2029 and well beyond. Serve with everything pork and duck, the sweet, savoury, fatty and salty combo will sweeten the senses. The recommended serving temperature is 13-14 degrees.
