Saint X Rosé 2024, crafted under the IGP Méditerranée designation in southern France, is a refined expression of the region’s Mediterranean charm. Produced by Maison AIX and inspired by the Provençal spirit of elegance and ease, this rosé blends Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Viognier, and Rolle from sun-drenched coastal vineyards, moderated by maritime breezes.
Smells
A bright bouquet of ripe strawberry and cherry, underpinned by the juiciness of yellow plum. The fruit is fresh and vivid, but never overbearing.
Tastes
The palate is crisp, silky, and impeccably poised. Flavors echo the nose, with red berries taking center stage, strawberry and cherry supported by the sunny sweetness of yellow plum.
