Tastes
The wine ranges from pale salmon to a rosy hue. The palate is refreshing and moreish, with the sweet, berried fruit sitting harmoniously with textural acidity. The finish is long and dry to ensure you constantly seek a second glass. Perfect drinking this summer and next, or as is the trend these days, all year round. The cleansing dry finish makes it the perfect partner to cheese, salmon or soups. The recommended serving temperature is 7-10 degrees.
