Smells
lovely, dried rose petal colour, perfumed, fruity aromas of strawberry confit, wild redcurrants, cranberries, watermelon, and hints of fennel.
Tastes
a juicy and fruity style of rose, where summer red fruit flavours simply ooze from the glass, combined with the round and forward palate, moderate acid, and a long length, makes for a classic NZ rose style. Perfect this summer with crayfish and other ethically caught seafood. The recommended serving temperature is 7-9 degrees.
