Smells
All the lifted florals, red berries, exotic spices and forest floor complexity.
Tastes
A wine showing harmony and charm and with elegant and silky-smooth tannins. Beautiful spicy, savoury notes are balanced by bright blackberry and plum. This will cellar beautifully, developing more savoury complexity. Serve with roasted red meats. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
