Tastes
Juicy and meaty, with delicious peppery nuances in a finely textured palate, this wine will get more and more leathery and complex over the next 5 to 7 years. From the superb 2024 vintage where this wine literally sings, a literal symphony of harmony, power, charm, and balance. No hurry to drink but if you cannot resist, decant an hour before serving. Perfect with pasta, or a juicy chargrilled rump. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
