Luscious black & red fruits are interwoven with pepper, spice, cured meat and leathery complexities. The palate is beautifully textured and with the polished smooth tannin, combine to create a supple immersion of the palate. From the superb 2024 vintage… this gorgeous Syrah sings, a literal symphony of harmony, power, charm, and balance. No hurry to drink but if you cannot resist, decant an hour before serving. Perfect with pasta, or a juicy chargrilled rump. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
