Smells
Spicy blackberry, liquorice, cedar, and peppery spices.
Tastes
Juicy and very plush with a nice mineral edge to the blackberry, violet and liquorice flavours. Soft, cedary oak characters and fine tannin, the balance is immaculate and the finish lengthy and pure. Enjoy young or drink through 2026 and serve with pork, duck or lamb.
