Smells
an ethereal aromatic lift, with sweet cherries, red liquorice, vanilla and spice rise from the glass.
Tastes
The palate is vibrant, fruit driven, crunchy and light on foot already encouraging drinking. There is an abundance of red fruits with moderately soft tannins and a crisp acid drive. Drinking well now through 2028 and will compliment BBQed meats, and roasts. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
