Description
Amazing Spanish red wine from the Flying Scotsman, Norrel Robertson MW, this comes off a tiny plot of less than a hectare, planted on pudding stones or ‘cantos’. 48 hours at 1 - 2 degrees in a cool room prior to fermentation with punch downs and foot stomping, the small amount of Viognier added for perfume and colour. Intensely ripe fruit, if more is more for you then you need to taste this luxurious Spanish red immediately!
Smells
Deep, dark nose showing plums, raspberries, liquorice, dark chocolate and earthy spices.
Tastes
Silky, succulent and luxurious, this is a seamless and powerful red that has the most lovely texture. Everything is in balance and it finishes pleasantly on the long, complex finish. Enjoy now to 2025.
