Smells
Deep, brooding aromas of liquorice, anise, blackberry, mocha, and a lovely freshening note of clove and sandalwood.
Tastes
Opulent and rich with striking flavours of mocha and chocolate over black liquorice and gobs of sweet fruit. There is an intriguing briny, black tea and earthy character giving an elegance to the palate which elevates this above a raft of hugely concentrated flagship Aussie Shiraz and into another category. Enjoy this gentle giant between now and 2035. Delicious with roasted lamb or beef. For optimal drinking pleasure serve at 16-17 degrees.
