The name Rod & Spur acknowledges the contribution of the growers who spend the cold Barossa winters hand pruning their vines in the traditional rod and spur method. A truly unique Australian red blend from the iconic Australian producer, this 2020 vintage doesn’t disappoint. Right in the Rockford wheelhouse; showcasing rich fruit but with a sense of restraint and earthy complexity. Regionality but also tradition… It is looking just fine now but will evolve further over the next 10+ years.
