Tastes
Juicy, fleshy, and full-flavoured, this release is vibrant, crunchy and very refined; beautifully fruited but light on its feet in the best cool-climate tradition. A wine of energy and gravitas with an incongruously affordable price tag, this wine has a smoky, meaty finish to it that cries out for some lamb and rosemary or some wild venison. Great young, this will cellar well through 2027+. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
