Tastes
a wine with poise, charm, balance and a classical Hawkes Bay Chardonnay style. There is elegance with a creamy mid-palate that is silky smooth, and where flavours of yellow fruits, Jasmine and brown spice invigorate the taste buds. The citrus zesty acidity is perfect, framing the fruit, bringing tension and drive combined with the seamless oak integration. Drinking well now through 2028 and will pair with fresh seafood, cheese and vegetarian cuisine. The recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
