Smells
hazelnuts, toasted brioche, peaches with wild fennel and straw tones waft from the glass.
Tastes
a good example of an everyday drinking Chardonnay from France; more restrained fruit compared with NZ Chardonnays but good fruit weight, texture and balance. Drink now and over the next year or two with canapes, seafood and veggie dishes. For optimal drinking pleasure the recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
