Estate-grown grapes raced from vine to crusher in under 30 minutes — harvested before sunrise to lock in vibrant fruit character. A unique “yeast cocktail” was used for fermentation, building layers of complexity, before barrel fermentation with frequent lees stirring and full malolactic conversion delivered its signature creamy, opulent texture.
