Smells
a heady perfume fills the room reminiscent of walking through a Golden Queen Peach orchard on a warm afternoon. Underpinned by cashews, and hazelnuts with hints of roasted fennel and vanilla spice.
Tastes
the palate has a pristine balance of ripe stone fruit giving a rich, creamy mid-palate, giving way to a fine acid thread, extending the length, and producing a wine of harmony, poise, and charm. One sip is simply not enough and in fact, we guarantee if you open a bottle with friends, it will evaporate quickly. Serve this summer and next with salads, cheese, and white meats. Ideal serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
