aromas that ignite the senses, roasted almonds, buttered popcorn, creamed corn, butterscotch, underpinned by ripe stone fruits, grapefruit, and hints of struck match.
Tastes
this speaks of Margaret River, rich, full bodied and simply delicious on every level. Stone fruit flavours persist on the palate with vanilla, buttered toasted brioche and oak driving to the long, complex finish. The oily, creamy texture only adds to the picture, irresistible and perfect drinking now through 2028 with roasted white meats or vegetarian fair. For optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
