Smells
A heady bouquet of orange blossom, white pepper, mandarin peel, marzipan and exotic Asian spice.
Tastes
A rich, full bodied style of wine with a creamy, oily texture that floods the senses with joy and intrigue. The mid-palate weight is alluring and ultimately satisfying and where flavours of orange rind, manuka honey, hints of beeswax and grapefruit complex the package, making for a very interesting, diverse and unique wine. Drinking superbly now as a lot of the bottle age has been done already. Serve with your favourite roasted white protein.
