Smells
Delicate florals, baked apple, caramel, peach, and pear.
Tastes
Rich and creamy with caramel lees influence and spicy French Oak, with a dry, chalky minerality. The balance between old vine fruit and winemaking is exceptional here and we can expect this wine to become even more complex over the next 10 years. A class act that every Kiwi wine drinker should experience - watch out NZ whites... "hier kom die Bokke!"
