Description
The famous Northern Rhone grape has proved difficult to cultivate outside its spiritual home, but Tahbilk are the glowing exception to the rule, making their second home in Victoria.
Smells
The aroma is filled with acacia blossom, white peach and lemon curd and spice.
TASTE: The dry palate is fresh and focused with lemon drop and pineapple providing a balanced richness helping to fill-out the palate. This is the perfect match with tempura prawns. Enjoy in it youth or watch it age gracefully and develop Honeysuckle and Marmalade characters.
