Smells
delicate notes of lemon peel, seaweed, salty sea breeze, with hints of fennel.
Tastes
crisp, clean, crunchy, and delicate but with power that builds on the finish, somewhat unassuming to begin with, but then it captures your heart. There is volume and texture to this wine which builds and builds, showing lemon and herbal flavours initially developing into orange peel and blossoms. Delicious drinking now and will match with seafood.
