Smells
A heady and exotic nose of musk, honeysuckle, quince, and pear with a refreshing, leesy, creamy thread and with notes of brioche.
Tastes
Very rounded, cream and with nuances of honeyed fig and apples, it's charming and stylish and has a long, lingering dry finish. A Pinot Gris that will be cracking with roast pork belly, this summer and next.
