Smells
Redolent with ripe pear, white nectarine, and peach, complemented by delicate florals of honeysuckle and jasmine and subtle spice.
Tastes
On the palate this is textural and generous: layers of stonefruit (peach, nectarine) and crisp pear glide through, with a succulent mid-palate that offers both lushness and elegance. Bright acidity provides balance, while a whisper of ginger spice and a clean, crisp finish make it vibrant and long-lingering. Enjoy now through to 2027 with salads and asian influenced dishes.
