Smells
Floral notes over top of stone fruit, a hint of nuts, pear drop and citrus.
Tastes
Rich and full, with a lightly creamy texture to compliment the balanced fruit flavours, red apples, ginger, pear and peach. Hints of apple crumble and lemon meringue linger on the refreshing finish. (Vegan) Delicious drinking this summer and next with seafood or a whole roasted chicken. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
