Smells
Lifted and enticing with citrus blossom, sweet lemonades, freshly squeezed lime, green apple, and a touch of white peach. Subtle mineral notes and a hint of honey add extra layers of intrigue.
Tastes
Bright, zesty, and beautifully balanced. Juicy flavours of mandarin, lime, and crunchy green apple glide across a lively palate, supported by a thread of minerality and just a whisper of sweetness. The finish is long, refreshing, and mouth-watering — the kind of Riesling that keeps you reaching for another sip. Drinking well now through 2030+. Serve with a cheese selection, oysters or vegetarian dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
